Trevor Leeds leads Primera’s team of business consulting experts with his own personal value system that he has carried with him throughout his career. “Developing long-term relationships with teammates, co-workers, clients and connections through honesty, sincerity, transparency, and integrity leads to a higher quality of life for all,” he explains. “I strive to lead with kindness and cultivate a culture of openness, mentoring, and empowering people.” Trevor’s expertise is the result of more than 25 years of client partner and management consulting experience in the utilities, telecommunications and wireless industries.

Trevor studied telecommunications management at Rose State College before beginning a multifaceted technical career. He developed and executed site communications plans while on active duty in the Air Force. From there, he worked at several firms and advanced his way through the telecommunications industry gaining valuable experience in networking engineering and operations, asymmetric digital subscriber line (ADSL) network deployment, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) delivery. Trevor then moved into management consulting where he has spent most of his career honing his consulting, relationship management and leadership skills. These skills coupled with his dedication to his craft continue to provide a superior experience for Primera’s business consulting clients.

When he’s able to turn his focus from the consulting world, Trevor enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and anything that is hands-on. He likes to create or build things and enjoys being outdoors for a bike ride, a round of golf, or a sunny day in the garden. Trevor and his wife have raised four wonderful children and they look forward to watching them build their own lives and careers.
