Primera is intimately familiar with all current sustainability codes and standards, even helping to create new standards on the city, county and international levels. We employ LEED Accredited Professionals from all design disciplines – architecture, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, civil and commissioning. Likewise, we have been involved in more than 130 LEED certified projects ranging from basic to Platinum.
