Who You Are
- You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, and at least three years of relevant experience. You’re also familiar with the billing processes within the A/E/C industry.
- You’re meticulous with strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- You’re a multitask-loving person and can easily manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoy connecting with people.
- Your organization, time management, and communication skills are the envy of others. You can communicate effectively with diverse groups both internally and externally.
- You’re proficient with business applications. Having proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook is a must. Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus.
- You’re a people person with the ability to interface and collaborate effectively with team members. You’re comfortable working independently or with others.
What You'll Do
- You’ll process monthly client invoices, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contract terms and services rendered. You’ll also review contracts and project setups to facilitate timely and efficient billing cycles.
- You’ll coordinate the backup billing documentation as required by the contract(s) and assist the project managers with accounts receivable (A/R) collections.
- You’ll aid the project managers with work-in-progress (WIP) analysis, project monitoring, and invoice problem resolutions. You’ll also assist on project audits and closeouts as needed.

Starting salary is between $65,000-$95,000 based on skills and qualifications, with the high end of the range limited to applicants based on relevant years of experience.
