Who You Are
- BS in Accounting/Finance with a minimum of 3 years’ expeirence
- Knowledge of the billing processes in A/E/C industry, required
- Detailed oriented and quality focused
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to use appropriate communication with both internal and external clients
- Experience using Deltek Vision is a must
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
- Experience invoicing CDOT, IDOT and Tollway a plus
What You'll Do
- Review contract(s) and project setups
- Process consultant(s) invoices
- Coordinate monthly billing cycle and produce invoices in a timely manner
- Prepare special forms and coordinate the backup billing documentation as required by contract
- Review outstanding A/R and assist Project Managers with collections
- Assist Project Managers with WIP analysis, project monitoring, and invoice problem resolutions
- Assist on project audits and closeouts as needed
- Other duties and special projects as required
