This initiative allows you to shine a spotlight on the teammates and leaders around you who have demonstrated an ownership mindset over the last year. All acts of ownership, big or small, are worthy of being recognized—so don’t hesitate to give kudos to anyone who has helped your team this year.

Nominations will be accepted from all employees between October 16^th and December 18^th, 2024. To nominate someone, just complete the form below.

A few helpful tips:

• There’s no limit on the number of nominations an employee can give or receive, so be generous with your praise! The best part of Primera is its people, so now is the time to raise each other up.
• Make sure to provide a reason for each nomination and complete the form fully. The EMT will be reviewing these answers. The more detail you include, the better chance the employee you are nominating will be considered for a merit-based award!
• Note: Blank, duplicate, or fake nominations will be discarded and not count towards either prize.
