Primera Engineers is pleased to announce the promotion of Angie DeAlba to Director of Communications in our Marketing + Communications department. Angie has been instrumental in effectively managing Primera’s communication strategies since 2011. She’s helped boost the firm’s brand through successful execution of Primera’s corporate marketing program and has helped drive our public relations and branding efforts via countless marketing campaigns. In her expanded leadership role, she will continue to advance the communications side of the department ensuring that Primera maintains a positive image and reputation across the industry as we continue to expand Nationally.

Angie has over 15 years of marketing project management, corporate communications, and event management experience spanning from non-profit organizations to Fortune 500 corporations. Passionate about marketing Primera, our projects and our employees, she’s equally as committed to promoting careers in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) and is a strong advocate for diversity in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) industry. She currently serves as the Events & Sponsorship Chair for the Primera Foundation and as co-Chair of Primera’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee. Angie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in both Marketing and Management from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
