Primera is delighted to announce the promotion of Nicole Bradford to Controller. Nicole joined our firm in early 2020 and has shown consistent commitment to financial strategy and high operational standards within our accounting team. In the past four years, Nicole has consistently driven efficiency and productivity by evaluating our accounting processes and leading improvement initiatives. In her expanded role, Nicole will help lead our accounting and finance functions. Her efforts focus on strategic planning, budgeting, financial analysis, process improvement, and cash management.

With over 20 years of project accounting management experience, Nicole brings a wealth of expertise to her new position. Beyond managing the financial well-being of the firm, she also serves as a mentor to her team, ensuring successful execution of everyday accounting activities. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from DeVry University and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from the Keller Graduate School of Management. Her hands-on approach, combined with her leadership skills, have enabled her to guide our accounting team toward achieving overall goals and objectives.
