Stacie Dovalovsky Joins ACEC-IL Board of Directors

We’re excited to announce that Primera Vice President and Transportation Division Manager, Stacie Dovalovsky, PE recently joined the Board of Directors for the American Council of Engineering Companies’ Illinois Chapter (ACEC-IL). She was selected as one of only two nominees in Illinois to serve on the incoming Board this year.

Stacie has been actively involved with ACEC-IL since 2009, serving on the District 1 Liaison, Chicago Agencies, Public Transportation, and Engineering Excellence Awards Committees. She’s committed to continuing their mission of strengthening the business climate for engineering companies in Illinois and is looking forward to participating in policy discussions and legislative fly-ins, as well as advocating for the interests of its members. “The work of ACEC is going to be more important than ever as we navigate an uncertain economic and political climate in a post-pandemic world,” she states. “Working collaboratively with the Board, I hope to make positive change for our membership and do my part to give back to an organization that has given me so many opportunities.”

Stacie joined Primera in early 2021 with more than 20 years of experience in the transportation field and currently oversees all aspects of Primera’s 50-person Transportation division, which includes our civil, roadway, structural, aviation, and construction engineering departments. In addition to leading and mentoring her team, she’s responsible for executive management, strategic planning, building and maintaining client relationships, and project management.

We would like to congratulate Stacie on this accomplishment and wish the rest of the ACEC-IL Board of Directors luck as they continue to provide true leadership and guidance for engineering companies across the Country. For more information about their efforts visit www.acecil.org.
