Primera is pleased to welcome Anthony Bryant, PE, CFM to our Transportation team as our new Phase I Transportation + Municipal Group Manager. Working out of our Lisle, Illinois office, Anthony is tasked with continuing to create long-lasting relationships with our transportation partners, while contributing to our collaborative team atmosphere.

Anthony joins Primera with more than 20 years of experience, primarily focused on civil engineering and stormwater management. His specialized experience includes drainage design and storm sewer design; stormwater analysis and drainage systems; green infrastructure; and Phase I transportation projects. He has worked his way up the ranks and has excelled at every level from project engineer to manager, to now group director. Throughout this time, he has worked with numerous municipalities, developing strong relationships and a thorough understanding of local requirements and jurisdictions. He is also familiar with funding requirements and has prepared several grant applications for various communities. Anthony earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Valparaiso University.
