Primera Welcomes Mark Ellis as New Substation Department Manager

Primera is honored to introduce our new Substation Department Manager, Mark Ellis. Mark will oversee the substation team with a strong emphasis on providing high-quality service and support for our utility clients. His primary role will be to empower and support his team to deliver a best-in-class client experience.

Mark joins Primera with over 20 years of experience in facilities engineering, transmission operations, and energy delivery. He is accomplished in telecommunications, project management, and process optimization and standardization. Throughout his career, Mark has developed notable management skills and continues to serve as an organized and empowering leader. Mark earned an MBA from Ohio University in addition to his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University. He is also a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Ohio.
