Primera Embodies Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace

In the last few years there has been a generational shift in the workplace where employees value diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) above any other strategic initiatives. This shift demands real efforts from organizations that go beyond a change in the number of underrepresented employees. Individuals now look for policies and practices that are all inclusive to all groups. They also want to see more diversity in leadership positions.

Many companies have taken additional steps beyond education about the value of understanding, appreciating, and welcoming diversity.
