Primera is excited to announce that Joe Geddis, PE, has been promoted to Senior Distribution Group Manager for the Mid-Atlantic team in our Utilities division. Joe has played an integral role as group manager and has contributed to Primera’s continued growth in the region. In his expanded role, Joe increases his engagement in business development while managing his Distribution team and overseeing utility projects across the East Coast.
With over 12 years of experience in diverse utility projects across the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions, Joe joined Primera in early 2016 as our first full-time engineer on the East Coast. Today, our Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania office is home to nearly 35 engineers, designers, and consultants. Joe envisions further expansion of this location as part of his efforts.
“Success in our industry hinges on fostering enduring client relationships, nurturing team growth, and meticulously implementing strategic framework. Joe’s dedication to these principles and the team has clearly been instrumental in Primera’s accomplishments,” notes Chris Stasiunas, Senior Vice President of Primera’s Mid-Atlantic operations.
Joe has played a key role in Primera’s projects from the proposal stage through to commissioning. His expertise spans utility distribution design, ETAP studies, power delivery center design, factory acceptance testing, field testing, commissioning, and identifying risk areas and cost-saving opportunities for electrical designs. He continues to lead comprehensive quality reviews and integrate robust QA/QC processes, ensuring that Primera maintains excellence in every project we execute.
