Primera Partnership Featured on the Cover of Women’s Enterprise Texas Magazine

Primera Engineers is honored to be featured in Women’s Enterprise (WE) Texas Magazine alongside our partner CAET Project Management (CAET PMC) for our design and project management of the Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) International Airport Terminal C renovation project.

Both certified women-owned businesses, Primera and CAET PMC were named to the HOK Design and Design Management On-Call team in 2021, when plans for the renovations were approved. The $2B project aims to modernize the terminal with the latest infrastructure and technology, enhancing passenger experience with more space and more efficient processes. The project scope includes the full replacement of a 1,775-stall, multi-level parking facility, renovations to existing parking garages and upper- and lower-level roadways.

The collaboration between these two firms highlights the critical role that diversity and inclusion play in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. By bringing together a diverse range of perspectives and expertise, the partnership not only enhances innovation and creativity but also ensures that the projects are more reflective of the communities they serve. Women’s Enterprise Texas magazine is one of Texas’s foremost quarterly print and digital publication supporting Women’s Business Enterprises (WBEs) and supply chain inclusion. In 1992, founder and CEO Don McKneely founded WE USA after recognizing the need for a news source to champion WBEs and the corporations who support them. Shortly thereafter, WE Texas was founded to support the corporations, advocacy groups and WBEs of Texas.
