Primera recently brought together more than 300 employees from across the country for our all-company annual meeting and celebration in Chicago, Illinois. This special event not only featured panel discussions on Primera’s 2024 achievements and 2025 initiatives but also marked the debut of our inaugural employee awards program, the Primmys. This new awards program celebrates standout team members who exemplify our core values through their dedication and hard work.
In the months leading up to the event, employees had the opportunity to nominate their colleagues for demonstrating an ownership mindset over the past year. The Executive Management Team then selected a group of finalists to be honored at the annual meeting, with the final three Primmy Award winners announced live on stage. These winners were recognized for their exceptional alignment with the values we uphold.
