Primera is pleased to announce that our lead fire protection specialist, Amanda Beck, has been selected as one of Consulting-Specifying Engineer’s (CSE) “40 Under 40” for 2015. CSE is dedicated to encouraging and recognizing the most talented young individuals in the engineering community supporting the building industry. Each year, CSE selects 40 building industry professionals age 40 and younger who stand out both professionally and personally for their annual “40 Under 40” Program. Candidates are nominated by a professional colleague or mentor and judged based on nine areas including their commitment to excellence in their academic, professional, personal, and community lives. This year’s recipients will attend CSE’s awards ceremony on September 29^th for an evening of leadership and networking.

Amanda is a registered Professional Engineer and Certified Fire Protection Specialist who views her role as an opportunity to save lives. Certified in water based fire systems by the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET), her work has included engineering, design and construction administration of fire protection and life safety systems for institutional, educational, healthcare, commercial, residential, and light industrial facilities.
