Primera is pleased to announce the promotion of Elizabeth Odegaard to Project Delivery Group Manager. In her new role, Elizabeth will lead our Utilities division’s project delivery experts and be responsible for continuously improving project management and delivery processes as they relate to our electric and gas utility projects and clients. She will leverage her engineering background combined with her program management expertise to the benefit of our utility clients across the country.

Since joining Primera in 2019 as a Project Manager, Elizabeth has embodied the collaboration and teamwork we value and has quickly earned the respect of clients and colleagues. She has embraced Primera’s processes for project management, permitting, quality control and quality assurance, and has ensured a five-star client experience throughout each project. With 20 years of experience in the power industry and 14 years of project management work, Elizabeth’s expertise is crucial to the continued growth and development of Primera’s project delivery team.

Elizabeth earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Vanderbilt University. She has worked at large electrical contracting firms where she managed multi-million-dollar electrical distribution and utilities projects. Her primary focus areas include working on integrated project teams to perform process improvements, estimating, budgeting, scheduling projects and coordination with customers and clients.
