This recognition was awarded based on direct feedback from our 230+ employees through an online survey. The survey, now in its 12^th year, is administered by third-party partner, Energage, and measures several success factors of a healthy and engaged culture, where employees feel valued and heard. Primera’s inclusion on this year’s list serves as a testament to our collaborative, people-first culture focused on fostering meaningful connections and relationships. To be considered for this prestigious list, organizations must have at least 100 employees in the Chicagoland area and receive stellar marks from over 35% of employees on how the firm embodies its mission and values. This year’s program honors 200 of the most dynamic companies in the Chicagoland business community.
