As Primera’s primary fire protection and life safety engineer and a long-standing leader within our Buildings Division, Amanda has been one of the firm’s most loyal and dedicated employees. Her technical expertise, strategic mindset, and commitment to excellence have played a critical role in the Division’s continued success. Over the years, Amanda’s leadership on numerous high-profile projects and her proactive, solutions-oriented approach have consistently set her apart.
In her previous role as Project Delivery Department Manager, Amanda oversaw the overall planning, monitoring, and implementation of the Buildings Division’s design process and quality improvements, while also collaborating across all divisions to promote consistency and best practices firmwide. In her expanded role as Vice President, Amanda will provide executive leadership for project delivery within the Buildings Division, overseeing the project management team in addition to the fire protection and life safety, CAD/BIM, and project coordination teams, as well as the overall design process. In this role, she will focus on advancing delivery excellence, strengthening cross-discipline collaboration, and supporting the continued growth and development of her teams.
Throughout her 15+ years with Primera, Amanda has led and expanded the fire protection and life safety group, building a strong reputation for technical excellence and trusted client partnerships. Her experience in the study, design, and construction administration of fire protection and life safety systems has been foundational to her success. As Vice President, Amanda will continue to work closely with architects and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers to ensure systems meet all applicable regulations and standards, while providing strategic guidance and supportive leadership to her teams.
“Amanda is the definition of a team player,” says Ken Panucci, Senior Vice President and Buildings Division Manager. “She goes above and beyond, consistently offering support and commitment, not only to her team members, but to Primera as a whole. Amanda’s ability to foster collaboration and her proactive approach to leadership make her an invaluable asset to Primera. We’re excited to see her continue to make an impact in this new role.”
