Primera would like to congratulate our Architecture Group Manager, Jill Deichmann, on her re-appointment as Rebuilding Together Metro Chicago’s (RTMC) Board President. In her role as President, Jill serves as the face of the Metro Chicago affiliate, representing the national organization dedicated to providing critical home repairs to people in need. Jill will lead the Board’s strategic planning efforts, steering the organization toward a sustainable future. Her dedication to RTMC and to Primera’s giveback efforts is a strong reflection of our firm’s long-standing commitment to strengthening our local communities.
Jill is no stranger to RTMC as she was first introduced to the organization as an undergraduate student at the University of Illinois Chicago where she attended her first National Rebuilding Day. Since then, she has become one of the organization’s most loyal volunteers and has lent her skills and expertise for the last 30 years. In addition to her current term, Jill previously served as RTMC Board President from 2016-2017.
“Rebuilding Together has given me the opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives,” says Jill. “I’ve seen the impact on not only the homes, but also the neighborhoods and communities. We aren’t just volunteers, we are neighbors helping neighbors.”
Rebuilding Together Metro Chicago improves homes and neighborhoods of people in need, all in the spirit of volunteerism and community partnership. Since 1991, Rebuilding Together Metro Chicago has been an affiliate of Rebuilding Together, a national organization dedicated to providing critical home repairs, modifications and improvements.
