Primera Engineers is thrilled to receive the Professional Services Firm of the Year Award from the Hispanic American Construction Industry Association (HACIA).
Primera attended the 46th Annual Awards Banquet on April 2nd to formally receive the Professional Services Firm of the Year award. Erin Inman, Primera’s President and CEO, gave an acceptance speech thanking HACIA for the honorable recognition and emphasizing Primera’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. As Erin shared in her speech, “Primera understands that representation isn’t symbolic: it’s essential.” This understanding shapes our responsibility in using mentorship, partnerships, and advocacy to help create a more inclusive and resilient industry for the next generation.
This year’s banquet, held in downtown Chicago, celebrated the many successes and achievements within the construction industry. The night was full of connection, collaboration and networking opportunities, along with tasty food and drinks. Thank you to HACIA for hosting such an eventful night and again for the meaningful recognition.
The Hispanic American Construction Industry Association is a 501(c)(6) organization dedicated to maintaining equitable participation of its members in the construction industry. Through capacity building programs, educational workshops, and workforce training, HACIA advocates for its members, connecting them to key construction contacts and opportunities.
