• Equipped with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, data science, business, or a related field.
• Seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in engineering, digital transformation, or technology program management, including leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Proven in delivering digital and AI-driven solutions in AEC environments, with a track record of moving ideas from concept to measurable business impact.
• Proficient with tools such as Power BI, Revit, Civil 3D, GIS, and AI/ML workflow platforms, and you know how to connect them into cohesive, scalable workflows.
• Skilled in programming with Python, R, or similar languages to build scripts, APIs, and AI-enabled tools that accelerate digital transformation efforts.
• Familiar with ISO-certified quality and information security management systems (such as ISO 9001 and ISO 27001) and their impact on digital processes, data governance, and compliance.
• An effective leader and communicator who excels at cross-functional collaboration, aligning technical teams, business stakeholders, and executives around shared goals.
• Actively engaged with AEC industry organizations, technology vendors, or standards bodies with a track record of bringing external best practices back into the firm.

• Develop and lead the company’s overall digital transformation strategy, aligning technology initiatives with business and division objectives.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap that outlines key initiatives, timelines, and milestones for adopting new digital tools, AI capabilities, and data-driven processes.
• Identify and implement AI, automation, and data analytics tools to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making across engineering and consulting projects.
• Partner with division leaders (Utilities, Transportation, Buildings, Consulting) to digitize workflows—including design, modeling, project delivery, and client reporting.
• Support building business cases and ROI analyses for new digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and client needs.
• Champion use of AI-assisted design, predictive analytics, and generative modeling to reduce design cycles and improve project outcomes.
• Partner with IT to establish and maintain robust data governance, security, and system interoperability frameworks compliant with the company’s ISO 27001-certified standards.
• Evaluate and pilot new digital technologies and software solutions, such as automation tools, data analytics platforms, and AI applications, that can improve project delivery and business performance.
• Train and mentor teams on digital literacy and innovation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation.
• Partner with business consulting teams to embed digital strategy in client engagements, supporting change management and technology adoption.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to track digital adoption and business impact across all divisions.
• Represent the company externally at industry conferences and innovation forums to showcase digital leadership and build partnerships.
