Who You Are
- You have strong computer skills and are proficient with Microsoft Office, including Project and Visio
- You have knowledge of contract requirements and process improvements and understand the importance of maintaining project controls and documentation
- You possess strong organizational and communication skills and can effectively coordinate with project teams and stakeholders
- You have the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
- You collaborate well with others and contribute to risk identification, process improvement initiatives, and continuous learning efforts
- You have 2-5 years of experience in Project Controls, Cost Analysis, Project Accounting, or related project support functions
- You have a 4-year degree
What You’ll Do
- You’ll support Project Managers and project teams with project coordination activities across Buildings projects
- You’ll assist in the design and implementation of training programs and support process documentation initiatives
- You’ll support project management functions including meeting coordination, schedule monitoring, milestone tracking, and report creation
- You’ll maintain project records and documentation to support efficient project delivery and compliance with project requirements
- You’ll support the development and tracking of project databases and related project information
- You’ll collaborate with team members on risk investigation and analysis and assist with managing long-term risk registries
- You’ll support client closeout activities and assess current processes for opportunities to improve project execution
- You’ll assist with securing and scheduling work resources to help meet project goals and deliverable schedules
- You’ll work closely with Project Managers, engineers, architects, and client stakeholders to communicate project information and support project success

Starting salary is between $55,000 – $65,000 based on skills and qualifications, with the high end of the range limited to applicants based on relevant years of experience.
