Isabel Moreno is Primera’s learning and development expert, bringing more than 20 years of experience in learning strategy, organizational development, and enterprise enablement. She specializes in transforming complex technical and operational knowledge into scalable learning experiences that strengthen performance, support employee growth, and advance business objectives. In her role, Isabel partners with leaders and subject matter experts across Primera’s Utilities, Transportation, Buildings, Consulting, and Corporate divisions to identify capability gaps and implement learning solutions that foster technical excellence and continuous improvement. “I’m passionate about helping people succeed by making complex ideas easier to understand and apply,” she explains. Her expertise creates opportunities for Primera and our employees to grow together.
Isabel holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication Learning and Design from Ithaca College. Throughout her career, she has partnered with executive leaders to develop enterprise learning strategies, establish governance frameworks, and align learning programs with organizational goals. Isabel has built and led initiatives across engineering, consulting, professional services, and marketing industries.
Outside of work, Isabel is an avid traveler, visiting family in Spain and exploring destinations around the world. She also enjoys playing tennis, oil painting, drawing, and volunteering at animal rescue organizations. Above all, Isabel values quality time with her friends and teenage son.
