Nicole Bradford helps lead Primera’s financial and accounting practices, bringing deep expertise in project finance, accounting operations, and financial analysis. In her role as Controller, Nicole oversees key accounting functions including month‑end close, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and audit coordination. “I’ve always been interested in understanding the reasons behind the numbers,” Nicole shares. “Combining detailed accounting knowledge with meaningful business strategy is what drives me.” She is known for her ability to translate complex accounting requirements into clear guidance for Primera’s clients.
Nicole holds a Master in Business Administration with an accounting concentration from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in technical management from DeVry University. Her career spans more than two decades in the accounting profession, with experience across revenue recognition, cash flow management, audits, and process optimization. Nicole joined Primera in 2020, bringing a strategic, detail‑oriented approach to every aspect of her work.
When she’s not focused on the numbers, Nicole embraces her creativity by shopping for home décor and taking on DIY projects. She is also an avid writer and is nearing completion of a piece she hopes to publish. Nicole values quality time with her family and enjoys planning thoughtful surprise outings and dinners. She is actively involved in her community as a volunteer with the Boys and Girls Club, where she provides tutoring support to teenage girls.
