Primera Engineers is excited to team up with The City of Naperville’s Electric Utility on several upcoming projects. Recently selected as an Engineer of Choice (EOC), Primera will be working on various substation and distribution projects throughout the City of Naperville. Some of these projects include circuit shield relay upgrades, substation security and fencing design and creating specifications for city building standards.
With a total of 1,269 miles of electrical cable, Naperville’s municipally owned Electric Utility provides reliable services for over 60,000 customers each month. Naperville Electric Utility is focused on offering competitive electric rates and supporting the welfare of the City. The locally managed utility uses innovative technology designed to keep power on and respond to outages quicker.
