The Top Workplace award—co-sponsored by USA TODAY and Energage—relies solely on direct feedback from employees who participate in a comprehensive survey measuring workplace culture, leadership, and overall employee experience. This year, 1,526 companies received recognition among the more than 39,000 invited to participate. This honor underscores Primera’s dedication to creating a workplace where employees feel empowered and valued, while also emphasizing personal and professional growth, meaningful work, flexibility, social responsibility, and diversity.

This award marks Primera’s fourth consecutive year as a Top Workplace. It follows the firm’s inclusion on several notable lists for 2024, including Building Design+Construction’s Top 40 Engineering Architecture Firms, Crain’s Chicago Business’s Largest Engineering Firms and Largest Women-Owned Companies, and ENR Midwest’s Top Design Firms.
