Fulton Market Portfolio

Chicago, Illinois

Madison Capital acquired a portfolio of four properties located within the Fulton Randolph Market District, a prime retail and office subsection of the greater Fulton Market Innovation District in Chicago. The properties were redeveloped to mixed-use office and retail buildings in accordance with the City’s newly implemented Innovation District Land Use Plan.

Primera Engineers provided LEED Fundamental (EAp1) Commissioning Services on this project. One of the existing three-story buildings located on North Carpenter Street was fully renovated and received a three-story addition, together with a green roof. The systems and equipment commissioned on the four properties included air handling units, condensing units, exhaust fans, cabinet unit heaters, and lighting controls.

The project LEED Silver certified via Core & Shell v2009.
