Primera’s Rocky Mountain team provided electrical engineering and construction administration services for this $139.5 million redevelopment project known as “Reimagine Montbello.” The project is the largest turnaround effort in Denver Public Schools’ history, aimed at revitalizing the historic school, and consists of 253,000 square feet of existing space and a 220,000-square-foot addition.
Spaces involved in the project include administration, learning communities, art, music, auditorium, science, CTE, cafeteria, athletics, physical education, ROTC, library, facilities management, and pool for this state-of-the-art high school. The improvements and new addition provide a top-tier educational environment for both current and future students.
