Primera Named a Top Workplace for the Fifth Year Running

Primera Engineers has officially been included on the USA Today’s annual Top Workplace List for five consecutive years.

Top Workplaces, sponsored by USA Today, is a trusted employer recognition program which builds credible reputations backed by employee voices and verified by experts. Top Workplaces uses Energage, a research-based employee engagement survey, to measure workplace experience and culture. To qualify as a Top Workplace, companies must reach a 35% response rate on the Energage survey. As part of the 2025 Employee Engagement Survey, Primera saw a 92% overall response rate. In the Energage survey, 92% of employees claimed to have flexibility in balancing their work and personal life, 93% confirmed their manager cares about their concerns, and 95% of employees attested that Primera operates by strong values. These responses are a testament to Primera’s employee satisfaction, landing us a spot on the USA Today Top Workplace list once again. Primera has been included on the annual list since 2021.
