Primera Engineers is pleased to announce the promotion of Kendahle Artis to Director of Human Resources. Kendahle leads and manages Primera’s human resources team as well as its policies, programs, and practices. In her expanded role, she will work closely with the firm’s executive team to develop and implement strategies to enhance, promote and further improve employee relations.
Since joining Primera in 2012, Kendahle has embodied Primera’s core values and has put forth extra effort in demonstrating our purpose – to make connections. She’s consolidated and expanded our human resources, benefits and recruiting teams and had a key role in Primera’s 2016 ownership transition. She also launched Primera’s first formal wellness program to fully integrate mental and physical well-being into the company’s culture. Her expertise is the result of nearly 15 years of experience in human resource management. Kendahle’s key specialties include: payroll, employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment and talent management, training, performance management, and wellness initiatives. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Human Resources from Southern Illinois University and worked at a national IT consulting firm prior to joining the Primera family.
“Kendahle has excelled at managing every aspect of our employment process,” said Erin Inman, Primera President & CEO. “With our National growth strategy now in place, her expertise and commitment are even more crucial as we continue to expand regionally,” she adds.
