Primera Engineers is pleased to announce the promotion of M. Tom Monostori, II, PE to Civil Engineering Group Manager for our Utilities division. In his new role, Tom will continue to manage utility and site design projects while also leading project teams and resources. Additionally, Tom will be an integral part of the firm’s growth strategy as we focus on expanding our service offering to utilities nationwide.

Tom joined Primera in 2012 as a civil engineer and has since demonstrated a strong commitment to our goals and success. With over 15 years of experience, Tom’s expertise is focused on utility layout and design, stormwater detention and drainage design, erosion control design and inspection, preparation of stormwater pollution prevention plans, preparation of contract documents, and construction administration. He has successfully managed major civil engineering projects with large utilities in the Midwest region. Tom received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.
