Primera is pleased to announce the transition of Dennis Odegaard, PE into a new role as Senior Distribution Engineering Director in our Utilities Division. In the past three years, Dennis has achieved great things as our Distribution Department Manager where he managed more than 30 team members while continuing to build strong working relationships with our clients. In his new role, he will drive the distribution team’s continual improvement efforts and focus on business development with new and existing clients. Dennis’ highly technical background will continue to serve the Utilities division well by providing QA/QC on distribution operations and design projects, driving lessons learned through the organization, leading complex and strategic pursuits and proposals, and continually educating our team members on current standards and best practices.

Dennis joined Primera in 2020 and helped lead the firm’s distribution efforts as we worked to expand this service area. He joined Primera with 19 years of electric utility experience under his belt, specializing in distribution operations, distribution design, project management, and customer service. Prior to joining the firm, Dennis served as a consultant for utilities and assisted in managing the ReliabilityOne program, which identifies and celebrates the most reliable utilities in the U.S.
