Al Clark brings over forty-five years of experience in program and construction management, design, airport management, operations, commercial leasing, and senior management to Primera Engineers. As Vice President, Sr. Director of Business Development, Al is a key member of our leadership team and plays a major role in our national expansion plan by helping us build our presence in the Atlanta, Georgia marketplace. “My goal is to leverage my experience to secure key contracts and drive growth in aviation, transportation, and local municipal projects,” Al says. “I believe in fostering strong relationships with our clients and delivering solutions that exceed their expectations,” he continues. With an extensive aviation background, Al’s primary focus is on fostering a relationship with Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport to help with their ongoing major capital improvement program.

Al’s wide-ranging career includes significant roles such as managing operations for the City of Chicago Department of Aviation, overseeing a multi-billion-dollar airport capital improvement program at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, and serving as the program director for the Chicago Public Schools Capital Improvement Program. His experience spans various sectors including aviation, transportation, and housing, where he has consistently demonstrated a proven track record of success in developing and implementing innovative business strategies to drive growth for major engineering firms.

Outside of work, Al has a vivid interest in professional skeet shooting and enjoys engaging with his community. He has served as President, Vice President, and Treasurer of a Homeowners Association, where he enjoyed interacting with neighbors and protecting the community.
