Dominique Eiseman is one of our leading project accountants, where she oversees financial management across the full project lifecycle. With a strong background in project accounting and financial analysis, Dominique partners closely with project managers to support accurate project setup, billing, revenue tracking, and accounts receivable. She also leads and mentors project accounting staff, contributing to process standardization and internal guidance that improve consistency and efficiency across project accounting operations. “I’m passionate about creating clarity and reliability in project finances so teams can focus on delivering great work,” she says, reflecting her collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
Dominique holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business from DePaul University. Before joining Primera, she spent several years as a Senior Project Accountant, focusing on financial analysis and clear financial presentation to support both project teams and leadership. She was drawn to Primera for the opportunity to grow in her career while being part of a people‑first culture that values strong partnerships, accountability, and trust.
Outside of work, Dominique enjoys staying active and making time for the people and experiences that help her recharge. She has a passion for fitness and loves exploring new restaurants and travel destinations whenever she can. Dominique also values quiet time with a good book or a favorite show and stays connected to her community by volunteering at her children’s school, supporting classroom needs and school events.
