Over the course of his career, he has progressed from hands-on engineering roles to executive leadership, developing extensive experience in operations, asset management, quality assurance, design standardization, system performance, and strategic execution. He has overseen major capital budgets, guided cross-functional teams, and optimized resources to support long-term efficiency and operational excellence. His experience as a U.S. Army combat veteran also helped shape a leadership approach grounded in discipline, accountability, collaboration, and service.
When he’s not working, Ming is dedicated to supporting his children’s growth in competitive swimming. His community involvement reflects two of his greatest passions: youth athletics and veteran advocacy. He volunteers at competitive swimming events to help create fun, safe environments for young athletes and contributes to veteran transition programs and other initiatives that help service members successfully return to civilian life.
