Primera is proud to announce that in addition to being named a Chicago Tribune Top Workplace in 2021, we were also honored at the National level with our inclusion among the 2022 Top Workplaces USA list. This award celebrates companies that excel at supporting their employees while maintaining a culture of trust and engagement. This year, over 1,000 firms were recognized across four different size levels for being people centric. Primera received this recognition based on direct feedback from our 230+ employees via an online survey administered by Energage.

The National recognition supports Primera’s 2016 Strategic Planning initiatives to expand outside the Chicagoland area. We now have more than 250 employees working from 19 states across the Country.
