Appearing on their first-ever list in this category, Lourdes is named among the construction industry’s most outstanding Latina leaders. The honorees include company owners, engineers, architects, corporate executives, and professionals in key roles within their organizations. The list, featuring these impressive ladies, will be published in the annual edition of Who’s Who in Hispanic Business alongside other Latino leaders in various business, government and nonprofit sectors.
As Primera’s leading sustainability consulting and client relationship expert, Lourdes helps guide the strategic direction of our Buildings division in addition to establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with valued clients. Lourdes has built an impressive reputation as a licensed architect and LEED Accredited Professional in architectural design, program management, historic preservation and LEED consulting. Throughout her career she has been actively involved in several organizations, including current Board Chair for UCAN, founding mentor of Arquitina, and past President for the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), to name a few.
