Nick Sternowski Promoted to Senior Vice President, Operations

Since joining Primera in 2022, Nick has been a driving force behind strengthening internal operations and supporting teams across the firm. His background combines electrical engineering with service as a U.S. Navy Submarine Officer, creating a unique skillset in complex systems management and team leadership, making him the perfect leader of firmwide operational initiatives. As a member of Primera’s Executive Management Team, Nick participates in strategic planning and decision‑making on behalf of the firm. His contributions keep Primera’s actions aligned with our values of integrity, quality, and safety for employees and clients alike.
