Nick Sternowski Promoted to Senior Vice President, Operations

Primera is proud to announce the promotion of Nick Sternowski to Senior Vice President, Operations in our Corporate division.

Nick has been instrumental in upholding Primera’s commitment to safety and quality, elevating project performance, and ensuring our teams deliver consistent results across every division. In his new role, Nick will continue to oversee comprehensive operations for the firm, strengthen processes that support technical excellence, and guide Primera’s high involvement planning efforts.

Since joining Primera in 2022, Nick has been a driving force behind strengthening internal operations and supporting teams across the firm. His background combines electrical engineering with service as a U.S. Navy Submarine Officer, creating a unique skillset in complex systems management, rigorous safety protocols, and high stakes decision-making. This foundation has shaped his approach to operational leadership. As a member of our Executive Management Team (EMT), Nick contributes to strategic planning and firmwide direction. His leadership helps us streamline workflows, enhance our quality assurance measures, and reinforce Primera’s culture of accountability.
