Shannon Hackett, CCMP, Group Manager, Project & Change Management

Shannon is a senior consultant and certified change management professional who has been part of our team since 2014. She has built deep expertise within our utilities area, strengthening her background in data management, energy efficiency programs, and smart technology initiatives. With a strong background in change management methodologies and a clear understanding of the challenges facing today’s utility companies, Shannon guides organizations through complex transitions in a way that improves operational efficiency and strengthens stakeholder engagement.

Andrew Wahrer, CSPO, MCSA, Group Manager, Business & Data Analytics

Andrew has been a business analyst with us since 2015, applying his strengths in data analysis and program management across the utility, engineering, and marketing sectors. He has supported teams in improving performance, streamlining processes, and rolling out new systems with clarity and efficiency. His experience spans everything from developing reports and benchmarking major investment portfolios to building tools, procedures, and user-friendly web and mobile applications that help projects run more smoothly and deliver stronger outcomes.
