Shannon is one of our leading change management and program management experts within our Consulting division, where she leads teams supporting complex program and change initiatives for clients in the utility and energy space. In her role, she focuses on building strong, high‑performing teams while ensuring thoughtful execution across multifaceted programs. “Strong outcomes depend on more than just delivery,” says Shannon. “Clear communication, trust, and effective change are critical to success.” She is committed to helping clients and project teams navigate complexity by integrating project and change management practices that drive lasting results.
Shannon holds a bachelor of science degree in landscape architecture from Temple University. She began her career at Primera supporting permitting and construction program management, which laid the foundation for her growth into project and change management roles. Her permitting work strengthened her ability to collaborate with municipalities and community stakeholders, while her construction experience provided valuable insight into field operations and community impacts. She has since managed complex programs including LED smart streetlight conversion initiatives, gas cross bore safety programs, and a state‑funded solar program. Shannon is a Certified Change Management Practitioner (CCMP) and an active member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP).
Outside of work, Shannon values balance and staying connected beyond the office. She brings a people‑focused mindset to her personal interests and community involvement, emphasizing thoughtful engagement and meaningful connections.
