Weymouth Spence is one of Primera’s leading project management experts with a knack for troubleshooting even the toughest of complex problems for clients. “Anticipating the needs of our clients is no longer just for forward-thinking companies, it has now become mainstream,” he says. “My goal with every interaction is to maintain a laser-focused approach on the client’s experience and provide an impactful and individualized level of service.” Weymouth’s devotion to providing stellar experiences is the result of more than 15 years of experience in a wide variety of program and project management environments, specializing in the utility, power generation, and construction industries.

Weymouth studied mechanical engineering at the University of Maryland before wanting to broaden his expertise in project management and business operations. He went on to earn his MBA from Washington Adventist University and has worked his way through a variety of engineering environments, gradually sharpening his project and program management skillset. As Sr. Project Delivery Group Manager, Weymouth supports members of our project management and delivery teams by ensuring compliance, looking for efficiencies, and facilitating success across all our comprehensive utility services. His ability to lead his teams in creating long- and short-term plans allows Primera’s utility clients to achieve their project goals.

When not focusing on the needs of Primera’s clients, Weymouth can be found doing almost anything else relating to music. He owns a vast music collection and plays a few instruments himself. He also enjoys volunteer work and is passionate about helping the homeless and protecting our environment.
