Welcome Isabel Moreno, Learning and Development Manager

Join us in welcoming Isabel Moreno to Primera as Learning and Development Manager in our Corporate division. In this role, Isabel will work with leaders and subject matter experts across the firm to identify capability gaps, evaluate learning technologies, and design and implement scalable solutions to advance Primera’s business objectives.

“Truly engaging learning experiences improve performance and support continuous growth,” shares Isabel. “I’m passionate about helping people succeed by making complex ideas easier to understand and apply.” As Learning and Development Manager, Isabel will develop and carry out these experiences across all of Primera’s divisions.

Isabel joins Primera with 20 years of experience in building enterprise learning strategies, establishing learning governance, leading global enablement initiatives, and translating business priorities into practical learning solutions. Isabel began her career at Ithaca College where she earned her degree in organizational communication learning and design. Since then, she has worked in a wide variety of industries, helping to simplify complex technical knowledge into engaging processes to improve performance and support continuous learning.

In her free time, Isabel enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly hiking with her white Siberian Husky, JoJo (pictured on the left), playing tennis, and most of all, spending time with her son and friends.
