Primera President & CEO, Erin Inman, first joined the firm in 2003 to lead business development efforts for the Buildings division. Thirteen years later, she bought the company from its retiring co-founders and embraced the ultimate leadership role. Since then, Erin has led Primera through growth and major milestones while remaining committed to the people-first culture that defines the firm.
