Primera is pleased to announce the promotion of Elizabeth Odegaard to Project Delivery Department Manager. Elizabeth has been leading the project delivery group for Primera’s Utilities division where she is responsible for streamlining and continuously improving the division’s project management and delivery processes.

Since joining Primera in 2019 and accepting the leadership role for our project management group, Elizabeth has steadily grown her team to nearly 25 project managers, project management assistants, and permitting analysts. She has successfully maintained division-specific, streamlined processes for project management, permitting, quality control and quality assurance, and has ensured a five-star client experience throughout each project. With 20 years of experience in the power industry and 15 years of project management work, Elizabeth’s expertise is crucial to the continued growth and development of Primera’s project delivery staff. In her expanded role, Elizabeth will continue the works she’s been doing at a more strategic level.

Elizabeth earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Vanderbilt University. Prior to Primera, she worked at large electrical contracting firms where she managed multi-million-dollar electrical distribution and utilities projects. Her primary focus areas include working on integrated project teams to perform process improvements, estimating, budgeting, scheduling projects and coordination with customers and clients.
