Angie DeAlba Promoted to Sr. Director of Communications

Primera is pleased to announce the promotion of Angie DeAlba, PCM to Sr. Director of Communications in our Marketing & Communications department.

Angie has long been a driving force behind Primera’s brand presence, communications strategy, and employee engagement efforts. In her expanded role, she will continue to guide our internal and external communications while also leading Primera’s Creative Services team, bringing her expertise in marketing project management, messaging, and visual storytelling directly to clients.

Celebrating her 15-year anniversary later this year, Angie first joined Primera in 2011 with a strong background in corporate communications, marketing, and meeting and event planning. Since then, she has helped shape and elevate Primera’s communications program by strengthening our brand, developing effective marketing strategies, and ensuring our voice stays consistent, welcoming, and reflective of who we are as a people-centered firm. She has also been instrumental in the success of our Primera Foundation, where she champions programs that expand access to STEM education, leading initiatives like our Girls STEM Camp, Forward Focused fundraiser, and other community partnerships that inspire and empower the next generation of engineers.
