Primera’s Transportation team is excited to announce that we are now prequalified to provide Public Involvement (PI) support for Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) projects. PI consists of services required to involve and notify specific communities and stakeholders affected by nearby transportation projects. Our team of experts are available to serve as liaisons between IDOT and local communities to ensure transparency and open dialogue for all parties involved.
Primera’s public involvement team will be led by Transportation Division Manager Stacie Dovalovsky, PE. She has extensive experience implementing public outreach programs using the Context Sensitive Solutions (CSS) process. Stacie is a skilled meeting facilitator – from leading visualization exercises and building consensus in groups, to planning and facilitating numerous community workshops and private events. As an experienced CSS practitioner, she and her teams have developed Stakeholder Involvement Plans, website and media content, newsletters, and meeting displays.
