Primera is pleased to announce the promotion of Chris Stasiunas, PE to Sr. Vice President, Utilities Division Manager. Chris has led the growth of our Mid-Atlantic Utilities team since he joined the firm in early 2018. Our Mid-Atlantic team of two at that time has increased to more than 40 engineers, designers, and consultants serving utilities and airports across the region. In his new role, Chris will lead Primera’s full Utilities division which includes distribution, substation, transmission, project delivery, and support services teams working across the country.
Based out of our Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania office, Chris has been critical to the success of our growing Utilities team. He has strengthened relationships with Mid-Atlantic clients, led large projects and programs, mentored staff, and taken on an increasing role within Primera’s executive operations. He joined Primera’s executive management team in the Fall of 2021.
Erin Inman has led our Utilities division on top of her role as President & CEO since purchasing the firm a decade ago. Under her leadership, the division grew from nothing when she joined Primera in 2003 to a full-service team of 135 utility-focused professionals today.

Chris has more than 35 years of experience in the utility and nuclear sectors, where he has extensive expertise in program and project management alongside transmission and distribution design. A licensed professional engineer in Pennsylvania, Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University and an MBA from Temple University, both located in Philadelphia.
