Primera’s consulting team consolidated training materials across our utility client’s entire project management (PM) organization focusing on the individual phases, tasks and roles of the various contributors to the PM process. The five-module training program aligned with both the Project Management Institute and our client’s project management protocol and ranged from project initiation through project closeout. The modules developed were: Project Initiation, Planning and Design, Project Monitor and Control of Project Cost and Schedule, Project Execution and Project Closeout. Primera has trained more than 80 Project Managers and supporting department personnel through the course of over 20 training sessions. The updated modules include web-based and instructor-led formats to meet future needs.
