While she has been successfully serving in the acting role since 2024, this promotion reflects the outstanding leadership, growth, and vision she has brought to Primera’s Consulting Division. Her leadership elevated individuals, opened new pathways for growth, and propelled the team into what became one of their strongest years yet.

Melissa joined Primera in 2014 and helped build our Business Consulting division into what it is today. They’re currently offering program management, change management, business and data analytics, and geographic information systems (GIS) services to clients across the United States. With a focus on significant growth, Melissa’s vision includes the active pursuit of major programs to position the team for continued success.
Melissa earned her bachelors degree in landscape architecture at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign before earning a masters degree in environmental policy at the University of Illinois at Springfield while working for the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency. She brings more than 20 years of program management experience and a deep commitment to solving complex problems for our clients to this new role.
