Primera provides the ComEd engineering team with completed as-built/record drawings, for in-house ComEd projects, based on field markups provided by and coordinated with T&S substation engineering. The scope of work includes working within the Meridian DMS, resolving concurrent engineering issues with other Meridian Power Users, validating of other work completed at the site, tracking all project statuses for to meet project closure requirements, and coordination with the ComEd Meridian administrators to resolve any conflicts. This coming year, Primera has held this contract for 10 years.
